5.8. Information about mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Product is provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and includes information about the number of the document confirming such compliance, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
6. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

6.3. the Buyer's Personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the site Administration informs the Buyer about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6.5. the site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Buyer's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

6.7. the Seller has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the Buyer. If the Customer does not want to receive mailings from the Seller, they must unsubscribe from it.
7. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1.the law of the Russian Federation applies to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
7.2. in case of any questions or complaints from the buyer, the Buyer must contact the Seller by phone or via the feedback form in the "Contacts" section on the Website. All disputes arising between the Parties will be resolved through negotiations. if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
